The Plitvice Lakes National Park is about 3 ½ hours from the city of Pula. The city of Zadar is about 2 hours driving distance from Plitvice Lake. The scenic park has several spectacular lakes, stunning waterfalls, and a splendid green forest. There are 16 lakes divided into upper and lower groups. It is not possible to see all lakes in 4 hours or even if tourist spends the entire day at the park.

The water continuously flows from the upper group of the lake to the lower group through a natural dam. The water flows over the natural elevated land that results in an unbelievable scenic waterfall. There are cobblestone walkways and wooden steps to wander around the park.
