Traditional Tripuri cuisine, known as Mui Borok, is the main cuisine of Tripura. People of Tripura are mostly non-vegetarian, so their food is mainly prepared with meat with added vegetables. Tripuri food’s main ingredient is called Berma, a small, oil-pasted, and dry fermented fish.
