The city of Vlore was a very popular town because of several historical sites near the town. The historical building in Vlore town was converted to a museum in 1982. The museum building was considered a monument of culture in 1963.

Ethnographic Museum has several artifacts, metal tools, sculptures, and clothing items that refer to Vlore’s ancient town.
